I never thought about using a travel agent until I had to organize my own wedding. Thank God I had Kim and the staff at Boulevard travel to help. Not only did Kim create an awesome package for us and our large group of guests; but she went above and beyond to resolve any issues we had with the hotel's wedding coordinator. We could have never done this to the level of perfection without her help.

When my husband and I were first planning our wedding we've researched about every venue in Calgary and BC area and got super overwhelmed. We then decided to head towards a destination wedding route and never looked back. Boulevard travel was so well organized and laid out what it was like to plan a destination wedding. After walking out from the inital meeting with Karen and Kim we knew right away that a destination wedding was definitely the right choice for us. Kim N was our destination wedding travel agent and made the process so easy for our guests to book. She was very communicative and prompt with getting back to us and our guests. Not only did she help us out with group bookings but she helped us narrow down resorts that suited our budget (we got married at the Grand palladium in Maya Rivera). All the guests loved their stay there! Kim also did an amazing job with reassuring us through the process of wedding planning and helped a bunch with connecting us to the right people at the resort. She was our biggest advocate when we had any questions or concerns regarding the wedding. We 1000% recommend Kim N and boulevard travel if someone is ever considering destination weddings. There are no words to describe how happy we are with the service provided to us from our travel agent, Terri. She made some fabulous recommendations with lots of choices but not too much to be overwhelming. We just got back from our trip to Secrets Huatulco and we are engaged! My wife and I planned our wedding trip to the Mayan Riviera with Boulevard, and they did not disappoint. We worked with Kim Nguyen, and she was absolutely great.
